All of our staff are first aid and cpr certified, background checked, specially trained, and have diverse personalities that make our camp environment great.

Why I love Camp: I grew up going to camp as a child and working at camp as an adult. There’s something magical about the atmosphere at camp and it’s an incredibly beneficial experience for all kids and the staff!
Favorite Camp Activity: Backpacking
Fun Fact: While traveling in the UK, I climbed to the top of one of the world’s tallest indoor rock walls.

Why I love Camp: I love meeting and hanging out with all of the kids. Plus, we get to do some awesome outdoor activities that make for so much fun and great memories!

Why I love Camp: I’ve gone to a camp pretty much every summer I’ve been old enough to and I love the outdoors!
Favorite Camp Activity: Hiking, Campfires, and Archery
Fun Fact: I am a certified archery instructor and lifeguard. I also can juggle and make balloon animals!

Why I love Camp: I love camp because it’s a fun opportunity for both myself and the kids and I can help give kids a memorable experience!
Favorite Camp Activity: Probably the high ropes thanks to the new leap of faith!
Fun Fact: A fun fact about me is that I traveled to Hawaii this past winter. This will be my fifth year as a camp counselor.

Why I love Camp: Summer camp has been one of my favorite things since I’ve been going as a camper. I love the ability to get out and participate in all sorts of outdoor activities.

Fun Fact: I took a three-day drive to Las Vegas, Nevada in an RV!

Why I love Camp: I love camp because it gives me a chance to be myself. Everyone there makes you happy when you aren’t feeling yourself!
Favorite Camp Activity: The giant swing because I love to see the kids reactions.
Fun Fact: I practice jujitsu and ice skating competitively.

Why I love Camp: I get to hang out with awesome people and do fun things outside all summer! I love the outdoors so it works out great.

Fun Fact: I’m a classical voice major and I sing a lot to my cats (who do not appreciate that). This is my third year as a camp counselor, my second at Terrapin Adventures.

Fun Fact: I love to travel and have lived on 3 different continents! I was also a peer mentor for high school special education.

Why I am excited for Camp: I am excited for this Summer to enjoy the outdoors and activities with the campers

Fun Fact: I stood on top of a glacier when I vacationed in Alaska in 2020. I also have experience working with children from volunteering at a tutoring center. I helped elementary and middle school kids with reading, grammar, and math.
