Come join us as we explore on of the gentle rivers in Chesapeake Bay Watershed, the Patuxent River. Our guides will teach you the basics of kayaking from paddle strokes to steering and getting in and out of your kayak safely. We use very safe and stable boats that track well and are responsive to your paddling efforts. As we paddle, our guides will share their knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Nothing could be finer than to float down the river on a summer day. It is fun and relaxing, but you will get wet! Self-guided tours float down sections of the Patapsco River. We will provide map, tube and life vest.

Each of the four sides can accommodate two climbers at a time. TA employs auto belay systems for beginning climbers so you are completely safe as you tackle the challenging ascents and thrilling descents.

Guests glide along a suspended 1/2 inch steel cable using a pulley and comfortable climbing harness.
